Other & Troubleshooting

What if my tan looks uneven at first?

Initial bronzer can look darker in some areas. This evens out after your first rinse.

I got my spray tan wet, what do I do?

No worries, lightly get a makeup brush and blend out the area, the solution has already penetrated the skin and is developing and what you are noticing is the bronzer on the out skin layer, your spray tan will be fine!

I think my spray tan is darker than I wanted

At this point you can take a few hot showers to allow the spray tan deepness to fade.

I took a shower and my tan looks streaky?

You did not rinse off the tan completely, you need to shower immediately to remove all the remaining bronzer until the water is clear to avoid streaks.

My spray tan looks patchy?

This can be due to dry skin, or not exfoliating prior to your spray tan. Please ensure you are exfoliating PRIOR to your spray tan and moisturizing daily.

If you have had your spray tan for more than 7 days and it is starting to patch, you will need to fully exfoliate your spray tan off using a scrubbing mitt.
